Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Dessert, Awesome Ladies Project November Guest Designer

This month I am guest designer for the scrapbooking site, The Awesome Ladies Project.  Kristin at ALP host a monthly themed class.  November is Food, I will be documenting different food ideas through several projects.  The first prompt has to deal with the food we eat.  I created a standard 12x12 layout but added several out of the box techniques.

First I mixed Distress stains with modeling paste and stenciled the mixture to create some texture on my chevron paper.  I stenciled behind where I intended my photo strip would be placed.

I also stenciled a small section at the bottom of the page.  I used some mushroom postal stamps I purchased on ebay for embellishments.

I adhered my 2x2 photos on 3 sides leaving the top open as a pocket for the tags.  I created a tag for each photo telling a story about the food in the picture.  I tried to cover a lot of the foods I eat at home regularly.

Ingredients:
American Craft chevron paper
Creative Memories stickers
Distress stains Frayed Burlap and Ground Espresso
light modeling paste
Huey's mask Bubbles
Prima and Recollections buttons
Mushroom stamps
Our Daily Bread Designs stitched oval die
ribbon (green), twine and tags
Distress ink Antique Linen

I would like to enter this in the following challenge:
