Kindred Stamps Tree Hugger with Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge

Hello all, it's time for a new sketch inspiration card for Atlantic Hearts Sketch challenge.  I have not made a slimline card since the renewed popularity.  I used to make them years ago and still have envies.  I purchased some slimline dies to make my new ones look polished. I also have a new obsession, Kindred Stamps. I have purchased a great deal in the last few months.  While coloring is not my forte, I am learning.

Here's the sketch.

I chose the wrong ink to stamp with for these images.  I used Archival ink.  I made a special trip to Hobby Lobby to buy it!  It was smearing so I watched more videos and saw Momento Tuxedo Black was recommended.  I already own that plus a refill!!! Next time I used Momento and it worked so much better.

You can see how this little guy smeared a lot. After all the trouble I went through I didn't want to ditch him (I did ditch the first version).  Next time!

I do like my swirls in the truffula trees.

One final look at my card.

Ingredients:
Basic Grey papers
Kindred Stamps Tree Hugger stamp set
Archival Black ink
Alcohol markers
Tutti Slimline Stitched Rectangle dies
Elizabeth Craft Dotted Scallop Square dies
