Hello, today I am providing my inspiration for the latest sketch at Atlantic Hearts Sketch Challenge. I recently acquired the Karen Burniston Camping Charms and Tent Pop Up dies from Dies R Us. I was so excited to pair them with this neat Cosmo Cricket S'more Love paper.
Here is this week's sketch.
Here is a close up of my die cutting. These s'mores are so adorable! It was 3 layers but went together very quickly. Frankly, I spent a lot more time die cutting the words multiple times, adhering the layers together with liquid glue and finally heat embossing with clear embossing powder.
My second card uses the same paper stack and die sets just a little different take.
I used the same s'more stick for a branch to hang my fish on. The fish began as white die cuts. I used three different color chalking inks to create an easy but interesting fish color.
