Good morning readers! I hope you are having a beautiful day! I was guest designer at Stick It Down for the double page sketch. I promise I did not have early access to this card sketch. But I found it irresistible and just had to try my hand. I immediately wanted to try it with my new SU Honeycomb die.
I used a variety of stamps from SU and CTMH to "fill" my honeycombs. Some are stamped on the bottom white card stock, some are embossed from the die, some are stamped and punched and a few are on pop dots giving this simple card lots of dimension. The sentiment is also popped up so that it would sit well on the ribbon.
Here's the sketch:
Ingredients:
Stampin Up/Sizzix Honeycomb die
Creative Memories hex punch
Stampin Up Honeycomb Hello stamp set
Close to my heart Honeycomb stamp set
Stampin Up Summer Sun ink
Quick Quotes Desert Sun chalking ink
misc ribbon
yellow and white card stock
