June Take Ten Kit Cards

Today I have for you 5 cards I made from the June Take Ten kit.  I don't pocket scrapbook so I tried to find some other uses for the kit.

This one I made with one 3x4 card, some enameled shapes, one of the stamps in the stamp set and some of my own card stock.

Here's another with a 3x4 card on this one I used a stencil I made with my various size hole punches and some scrap card stock along with some inks that matched.  The tab is a stamp that came with the kit.  I cut the banner with a Spellbinders (I think).  The white letters came with the kit.

Here is another 3x4 matted on some of my own card stock. This one I made a "mini" card it was the leftover from the 8.5x11 glossy card stock I used for the large card below.  The orange outline stars were printed.  I added the blue brad stars and the row of stars at the bottom which are wood veneer stars from the kit sprayed with gingersnap Smooch Spritz.

This is one of the larger cards I made with the 4x6 card from the kit.  I added some of the wood veneer stars in their natural state and embossed the "leo" stamp in the corner.  I have lots of leo friends one of whom will probably receive this card.  I mounted it on kraft card stock and outlined the wood stars with a blue wink of stella pen. The photo does not do this card justice.

On this card I used some Kiwi Lane templates and card stock to create the background, one 3x4 card from the kit, a Stampin Up sentiment stamp, a tab stamp from the kit and some enameled hearts from the kit.

I am entering these in the following challenges:

  1. These are all really cute, great use of the kit. Love the way you used the elements, especially on the blue card with the stars and constelation. My hidden hobby is star gazing, I had to buy a telescope soon after we arrived here, we have some beautiful clear skies at night.
