Today I have created a background with ink using the tutorial on the Scrapbook Blessings blog. I did not follow it precisely. But I did make a nice blue sky for my balloon from The Paper Loft Everyday Life collection. I fussy cut the balloon and clouds from the same paper. I used Colorbox Cape Cod and a dauber to create the background. I used a Tim Holtz clear stamp sentiment stamped with Quick Quotes Powder Puff Green with Envy to make the green card base. I am using up some card bases I have from DCWV.
Thanks for stopping by today!

Your sky is very pretty and I love how the balloon is off the edge of the card. It creates great movement. Fun design. Thanks for joining our Up in the Air/Things That Can Fly Challenges at Craft your Passion this week. I hope we see you again soon.
ReplyDeleteWow, I do love this card and the lovely sky. What a wonderful way to participate in our Up in the Air Challenge with those lovely clouds and that hot air balloon. Very creative.
