Sorry you're feeling ruff...Frantic Stamper Oscar card

I have a friend who is under the weather so I made this precious doggie card for him.  I love this die from Frantic Stamper.  It pairs great with the sentiment stamp that I just purchased.  I was inspired by the cute dog inspiration from The Card Concept, although I think the sentiment and recipient deemed a more masculine color palette.

I found the plaid paper in my stash and it wasn't labled.  I used a couple of brown papers to stamp the sentiment and emboss the paw prints.

Frantic Stamper Oscar die
Creative Stamping Furry Friends sentiment
Darice 12" border pawprint embossing folder
Quick Quotes Milk Chocolate Powderpuff chalking ink
Stampin Up Glossy Glaze (eyes and nose)
misc papers and card stock

Just's a pic of my beautiful boy.

I would like to enter this card in the following challenges:, I am just more of a dog person although I have owned both. open until 8/12x until 8/16 all three-dry embossing, use a dog, use a critter x

Clean and layered style

I used the following sketch from Freshly made sketches but was too late to enter in their challenge.
