Another technique from My Favorite Things Camp Create. Divine Dry Embossing. I found this very interesting, I will definitely be using this one more in the future. On this card I used 3 different dies and had to run it through twice for placement purposes. This is where my double stitched rectangle dies really shine!
Also another excuse to use my new Eclipse tape. Maybe this time I should explain that Eclipse tape is a masking tape with the same adhesive as sticky notes but covering one entire side instead of one strip like an actual sticky note. It can me used multiple times like the Inkadinkado masking paper that I already own. The only drawback to the Eclipse tape is that there is no backing to "save" you mask onto. I stuck mine on a tin on my desk. I followed the video tutorial on this one and die cut my "window" with the Eclipse tape first (worked beautifully) then used it when I stamped my image in the window area.
I made two versions again. You know I always consider the first one a "prototype" because you can make so many mistakes even after watching the tutorial. One the bottom one the washi tape I had holding the die left some creases...so of course I had to make another one!
