Today my project is hopeful...it has been two weeks since the attacks on Paris, my son says it is too soon to be hopeful. I already had my "mourning" post.
This is an 8x10 canvas project. One of my first attempts at a canvas.
The fleur de lis started as white chip board. I used distress stains and then shimmery spray ink. I finally added a medallion in the center. I also used the same shimmer spray on the clothes pin, flourish, and the entire canvas after I mod podged the paper on the canvas.
My Mind's Eye Lost and Found Christmas collection
Recollections fleur de lis tape
Sizzix die
Cricut Eiffel Tower & flourish
Little B gold sticker
