Scrapbook.com Market Blooms Happy card for Atlantic Hearts Challenge

Hello and welcome to my blog today, I am playing along with Atlantic Hearts Challenge #634.  This is a great sketch for scraps.  I used some scraps from Scrapbook.com Market Blooms A2 paper.  I did have to pay attention to keep my stripes going in the same direction, so be mindful if you use pattern papers.

Here is this week's Atlantic Hearts Challenge #634.

Here is a view from the top.  You can see I popped up the sentiment piece on foam dots.

Ingredients:
Stampin Up Everything is Rosy sentiment
Stampin Up Forest Foliage ink
pop dots

Stampin Up Thanks a bunch for Atlantic Hearts Challenge

Welcome to my latest card for Atlantic Hearts Challenge. I recently grabbed this Stampin Up designer series paper from a crafty yard sale. These pieces were cut down to A2 size.  Perfect for tearing with my tearing tool to achieve the jagged angled edge.  However, I could not figure out what the name of the paper was.

Here's the sketch. A very versatile look and easy to create multiples when using double sided printed papers.

Another view of my super easy cute and sweet thank you card.

Ingredients:
Stampin Up Celebrate Sunflowers stamp sentiment
Colorbox pigment ink
Stampin Up DSP
Fiskars Paper Tear ruler
gems

Crafter's Companion Vintage Vegas 102nd Birthday card

Welcome today. As you may notice these photos were not taken in my studio. I sometimes call my son "last minute logan"....wonder where he gets it?  I finished this one on the way out the door to the party. Quite a special one! 102!! I used some new products from Crafter's Companion. As I was making this, I decided I need more of this collection.  I have only the embossing folder and this die set.  I need the other die set and sentiment set.

Here's the birthday boy with his card.

Ingredients:
Spellbinders Happy Birthday with Numbers
red foil, black glossy and white card stock
Happy Birthday die with shadow

UPDATE:  Vernon Hill passed away the day after his 102nd birthday.  I think he chose to leave us that day...he had a full and wonderful life and was healthy up to the end.  I don't see how one could ask for more.

Cosmo Cricket for Sketches in Thyme

Welcome to my project for Sketches in Thyme Facebook Group. More scrapping of the Frida interactive exhibit in Chicago. I took these photos of the projected scene on the walls from a second floor overlook. It was a great experience, I'd love to see another artist's interactive exhibit.  I accentuated the artsyness with a Creative Memories sticker letter title, a Prima Ruby Violet flower I retooled a bit and a lovely laser cut tag.

Here is this week's sketch.

I forgot to mention the metallic butterfly sticker.  I have to admit I can't remember the brand. I layered all four photos on black card stock.

I had tons of fun layering the different color vellums.  I believe they were part of a kit I separated to get more use of the parts, could be in error here as well.  I have taken to removing packaging if it doesn't fit in my scraprack pages.

Ingredients:
Cosmo Cricket paper
Creative Memories sticker letters
kraft laser cut tag with fiber
Prima Ruby Violet Bits & Baubles flower altered
butterfly sticker
black card stock and various colors of vellum

Concord & 9th You rock card for Atlantic Hearts Challenge

Hi there and welcome to my blog.  Today's card follows this week's Atlantic Hearts Sketch #630.  I created this one for my husband's birthday. I used all my Concord & 9th musical goodies.  My husband really liked it.

Here is this week's sketch.

I stamped the background. I have to admit when I bought this stamp, I didn't realize how it worked.  I was so excited to discover the extra value of stamping the records a different color by rotating the stamp!

I die cut the vinyl out of glossy black card stock perfect!

Ingredients:
Concord & 9th For the Record stamps and dies
Concord & 9th Greatest Hits dies
Scrapbook.com Black and White glossy card stock A2 paper pad
Frantic Stamper Dance Sing Rock dies
blingy ribbon
black and silver inks

Stampin Up Everything is Rosy Mother's Day card

Welcome today!  I whipped up this pretty Mother's Day card for my niece with the new to me Stampin Up Everything is Rosy kit.  It was so pretty. It's been a while since I pulled out my Creative Memories border maker system.  I thought this sketch from Sketch N Scrap called for a fun punched border. I stamped the sentiment from Stampin Up Messages for Mom.

I used the Sketch N Scrap throwback sketch in the lower left.

In this photo you can see the rose gold foiling in the pattern papers. I popped up the floral elements.  I used the 1/2" scraps from cutting down the 6x6 papers to create the ribbons.

Ingredients:
Stampin Up Everything is Rosy DSP and kit pieces
Stampin Up Messages for Mom
Stampin Up Not Quite Navy ink
Creative Memories Scallop Dot border maker cartridge
misc card stock
pop dots and tape runner

Close to My Heart Sugar Rush for Sketches in Thyme

Hello and welcome today.  I am scrapping for Sketches in Thyme on Facebook.  I am continuing to scrap my 2022 trip to Chicago.  This month I printed some of my food pics.  I chose those pics because I picked up the used Close to My Heart scrapbook kit at a recent craft yard sale.  It was only a partial kit but I believe it will still make another couple of layouts.

Here is this week's sketch.

Here is a closer pic of each page.

Yummy ice cream, chocolates and popcorn along our walks downtown.

Ingredients:
Close to My Heart Sugar Rush 12x12 papers
Kindred Stamps shaker bits
glue dots
Creative Memories circle cutting system

Play along with Sketches in Thyme on Facebook until the end of the month.  We have four different sketches with which to play along.

Stampin Up DSP with Atlantic Hearts Challenge

Hello today and thank you for reading my blog today.  I have created three cards based on this week's Atlantic Hearts Challenge latest sketch.  I must apologize.  I purchased this Stampin Up Designer Series Paper second hand and have not been able to identify it.  Can you assist? Please let me know below if you know the name.  Anyway, the patterns were so pretty, I only had about 6 sheets of 6x6 perfect for making three cards based on the sketch.

Here's this week's sketch.

Another version. I used the same sentiment and die but different paper patterns and flowers.

And the final card.

Ingredients:
Stampin Up DSP and Abstract Impressions sentiment stamp
Stampin Up ink Lavender Lace and Pixie Pink
label die unknown brand
various flowers, buttons, gems and fibers
