World Card Making Day with Authentique Harmony paper collection

Hi there!  What a better way to celebrate World Card Making Day than with an entire collection!  All of these cards use Authentique Harmony papers.  I was using the 6x6 paper for a few challenges and was left with a few scraps.  I used the last pieces to create the following cards.  I also used some sketches from my card sketch Pinterest board.

I used some Kiwi Lane templates for this card and a Stampin Up punch.

More Kiwi Lane cuts and Stampin Up banner punch.

Using Frantic Stamper Cut Corner die and music sheet paper from another manufacturer along with Authentique die cuts.

These pearls from Queen & Co matched perfectly!

Clean and Simple using Spellbinders nesting dies.

More punched banners which is a great way to use up every tiny scrap of paper.

Switching to the mustard and grey papers.  The collection came with so many great die cut sentiments, I tried to use them all up on these cards.

This sentiment is stamped.

As is this one.

I loved the pretty blue flower and ribbon on this card.

Thanks for bearing with me and all these cards from scraps.  Happy World Card Making Day!

Authentique Thank you so very much with Atlantic Hearts Challenge sketch

I really love this week's sketch from Atlantic Hearts Challenge.  It was so fun with which to work.  The hardest part was finding a two part sentiment.  After which the rest was easy peasy.  I used some scraps for the bottom layers.  I die cut the sentiment and punched the flowers.

Here is this week's sketch.

Ingredients:
Authentique Harmony paper
Frantic Stamper cut corner rectangle dies
Queen & Co pearls
Quick Quotes Midnight Confessions chalking inks

I felt like making a fun fold for this hop.  Be prepared there are quite a few pictures from the different views.  I just love these little camera paper clips from my stash. I used chalkboard black paper for a neat vintage feel and it looked great with the Authentique papers.

Inside the first fold:

It is ever so noticeable in this view that I popped the lens of the die cut camera out with a small layer of foam.  It is subtle but effective in person.

To create this fold I found a youtube video that I liked.  I find youtube so helpful.

I fixed the sentiment with a brad so it is movable.

Ingredients:
Authentique Harmony 6x6 papers
Tim Holtz/Sizzix camera die
Spellbinders label die
Misc die cuts
various card stock including chalkboard and metallic
Stampin Up sentiment Pun Intended
Black Soot Distress Ink
Quick Quotes Midnight Confessions chalking ink
camera paper clips

Authentique Harmony with Atlantic Hearts Challenge sketch Inspiration

Good morning!  Time for Team B inspiration over at Atlantic Hearts Challenge.  I perused my stash of 6x6 paper stacks and found some remnants of Authentique Harmony collection.  I won this from a blog hop or challenge a few years ago.  I have made many nice cards with it.  Today's uses some leftover tea cup die cuts and some card stock embellishments with the collection and the latest sketch to create another pretty card.

Here is this week's sketch.

A close up of the tea cups.  I cut the "steam" from vellum.  Oops, looks like the cup maybe a bit askew.  I will have to fix that.  I inked all the edges with Quick Quotes Powderpuff chalking ink.

Ingredients:
Authentique Harmony papers and embellishments
Frantic Stamper Your Cup of Tea dies
Tutti Stitched Nesting Banner die
We R Tape It banner die
various card stock and vellum
pearls
Quick Quotes Midnight Confessions chalking ink

Authentique with Sketch N Scrap card sketch

Good morning!  I am here today with Sketch N Scrap's latest card sketch.  I made this card for a friend who recently lost her husband to cancer.

I embossed the sentiment.  I love how finished an embossed image looks.  My favorite for images to color and a black sentiment is Brilliance Graphite Black (plenty juicy) and Judikins clear detail embossing powder.  Northwoods stamp company actually suggest for a clean black image, half clear detail and half black detail.

Ingredients:
Authentique Harmony
Brilliance Graphite Black
Judikins clear detail embossing powder
My Favorite Things Choose Hope stamp set
Michael's ribbon and gem
Creative Memories corner rounder
floral bead cap
Recollections vintage gold ink
Quick Quotes coal miner powder puff chalking ink

Sketch N Scrap Card Sketch: Bee Happy!

Good morning!  I have made a Bee Happy card today!  I am using the last Sketch N Scrap card sketch of the month.  It is so versatile!  I flipped it and used bees instead of butterflies.  I added a bit more detail by using a honeycomb embossing folder.  I inked up the embossing sentiment piece to bring out the words.  The papers are from a kit I won from a NSD  challenge from Theresa! Thanks, I love Authentique!

Here's the Sketch n Scrap sketch:

You should have arrived from Pam's blog if not you can start at Lisa's blog or the entire line up at the bottom of the page.

So being the final day I need to show you all the rest of the cards I made!  I even went as far as using the cover and the sentiment on the back of the Authentique 6x6 Believe paper pad.

#14

Here is proof this is the cover:

These were the last final scraps of paper.

I took some punches to them!

And here is what I came up with:

#15  Creative Memories hex punch, Stampin Up label punch, Stampin up Holiday Home stamp.  Mounted on white smooth card stock.

#16 same ingredients as above

#17 CAS with some washi and buttons and using a CM corner rounder.  Mounted on a eggshell smooth card stock.

#18  same as above

#19 another version of the white poinsettia from an earlier post.

#20!!!!  I used a sketch I saw at Inspired by Stamping but by the time I got this one completed the challenge was over.  I used Spellbinders scalloped circles and some fancy embossed paper.  My Craft dee Bowz tool made a beautiful bow!  The same SU sentiment and punch as above.  Mounted on white shimmer card stock which is kind of hard to see.

Next up is Anna!

The entire line up:
