Those shoes...wedding layout with Let's Get Sketchy

I am continuing to work on my wedding album.  I was delighted with my creativity on the day I created this one.  I also created the its a guy thing layout on that same day.  I love both of these layouts.  It helps to be inspired by great sketches.  Yes, I got the title from the Eagles song.

Here's the sketch I used.

I am in love with the details.  Especially, the silver foil paper in the back with the tiny white flowers.  I have literally had that scrap of paper for 25 years.  I used a bit of it for paper beads in the 90's.  I just thought it was the prettiest and someday I would find another use for it. Finally, it will be remembered forever here in my wedding album.  The perfect spot!

All this silver and grey match my silver shoes which of course by this time were killing my feet as well as sinking into the moist ground.  My dress was long enough to cover my feet in the photos so it is not noticeable.

Lots of bling just like my shoes.  They have a brooch looking embellishment on them.

Ingredients:
Creative Memories Divine paper and circle cutter
Little Yellow Bicycle die cut paper
Stampin Up fancy corner punch
K & Co glitter letters
Mrs. Grossman sticker letters (yes, I believe these are older than my child)
Magic Mesh
various silver metallic papers including DCWV
Smooch Silver spray ink
Prima flowers
various embellishments including DCWV wedding ribbon
bling

Ocean layout with Let's Get Sketchy

I am knee deep in this album now just looking for sketches and ideas to complete my album.  It is at least half way completed!  Maybe I will have it done by the time my sister comes to visit me in the fall.  At this point I have about 35 pages down and about 35 more to go.

Here's the sketch:

So this sun and cloud cut is from Cricut Celebrate with Flourish.  I recieved this in a summer/beach kit swap.  It was a photo mat which I sliced and had the other end come out the bottom of the photo panel.  I was going to purchase this cart during the digital sale last month and every time I tried to log in it failed.  I tried different browsers, I rebooted and I tried several times over the course of a week.  I really could NOT figure it out.  I had about 5 digital carts picked out, really frustrating.  Oh well, I didn't need to spend the money anyway.  At least Cricut Design Space is working smoothly.  Here's a link to using Cricut Design Space.

Ingredients:
The Storytellers Club papers and die cuts
Kiwi Lane Designs Nature 3 (arrow)
Cricut cut from Celebrate with Flourish (from a swap)
misc papers and fibers
Recollections gems

The Paper Loft In the Zone Boy Layout

Happy Birthday, today is Kerrick's birthday.  He is 15 today so this picture is a little old from 2011, but this is where I am at in my chronological scrapbook.  This layout is made from The Paper Loft In the Zone collection.  I used On Target as the background, In Sync as the mat, the layers are both sides of Automatic, Adrenaline and Stay Focused.  I used the Authentic Accessory Sheet.  I used my Creative Memories CCS circles to cut the circles from On Target and put them on pop dots.
