Halloween Digital Layout

I have recently subscribed to pixels2pages.  What a positive improvement it has made to my digital layouts.  I love this picture of my friend Alex.  I have been practicing my cutting tools with video tidbits on pixels2pages.net.  I started with Creative Memories Black and White Striped Paper.  I faded the edge of the picture of Alex.  I used paper from Scrapgirls Inked paper and cut it with the flame edge from Creative Memories Rugged Digital Edges.  The letters are from Noel Digital Embellishments and I colored them to match Inked paper.  I used a CM Black and White Power Palette square frame.  The skull cane is from Scrapgirls Hallow's Eve and the dripping blood is from Scrapgirls Dem Bones.

Creative Memories Border Maker Baseball Layout

This is a 7x7 album I made for my stepson's birthday.  The Creative Memories Border Maker System really helped me do something simple and cute with a small baseball layout.  The Zig Zag Diamond cartridge reminds me a little of the baseball diamonds.  I also used Tim Holtz sizzix diecut edges to make the journaling and title boxes.

Close up.  I love putting stickers on paper and using pop dots to make them stand out.

Creative Memories Colorful Symphony Digital Layout of the Flaming Lips

More All Good Music Festival these started with a Starry Night Predesigned Pages.  I ended up changing the papers and embellishments to Colorful Symphony.  This is digital kit from Creative Memories.  The journalling could be better in most of the pages from the All Good Storybook.

I have recently started a trial membership to Pixels to Pages and I have learned so much.  I wish I had been a member a long time ago.  I look at these pages from just a few weeks ago and think wow!  what more I can do especially with the fonts and journaling.  However, with that said I spent a great deal of time reversing and turning and saving the flourish made of the black paper.  The words were upside down if I just reversed it.  Eventually, I got it the way I wanted it.

The Flaming Lips were quite an act.

Creative Memories Cakes and Candles Digital Layout

More layouts from my latest Storybook.  This story is my trip to the 2012 All Good Music Festival.  Both of these layouts start with click and fill pages from Creative Memories.  I always end up tweeking them, but it is the easiest way to begin a digital layout.

Creative Memories Reflections Digital Layout

Here are more layouts from my All Good Music Festival 2012 Storybook.  These pages use Reflections Power Palette and Reflections of Life Digital kits from Creative Memories.  I have also sprinkled embellishments from a few other kits.  The ribbon is from Enchanted Power Palette, the bling and title are from Scrapgirls Iridescent kit.  The center of some of my flowers have Shine embellishments.

Mediterranean Market Digital Michael Franti layout

I used the shape cutter to create the layers and add a little more to the Creative Memories Click and Fill.

Mediterranean Market Digital Michael Franti Layouts Part 2

More Mediterranean Market Digital Layouts from All Good Music Festival 2012.  I added some Creative Memories additional elements.

Mediterranean Market Digital Layouts Michael Franti

In these layouts I used the Creative Memories Mediterranean Market Kit with some additional overlays and a button from another kit.   The pictures are from the All Good Music Festival at Legend Valley 2012.

Creative Memories Autumn Digital Layout

When I went to scrapbook these awesome fall pictures, my traditional scrapbooking products did not do justice to the photographs.  I used one photo for the background, layered a couple of overlays and put 4 more pictures of the trees in frames.  I found the beautiful quote that just worked with the layout.

Embossed Velvet Best Wishes Card

I love these papers from TCP that I purchased at Tuesday Morning.  The velvet is so beautiful embossed.  The paper I used for the card is a shimmer paper.  Just beautiful cards that I gave in sets for Christmas gifts.
