Kiwi Lane & Authentique side step card, card and tag Design Team Post

Hello!  Alicia here today for Kiwi Lane.   This month's featured templates are Tiny Holiday & Tags but I just had to use the new Tiny Traditions templates, too! Today, I am still using some papers from last month's collaboration with Authentique.  The following projects are made from the 6x6 Believe collection and a matching accessory sheet of die cuts.

First, I am obsessed with side step cards these days!  I made a couple with the collection but the big bold tree just makes my heart sing!  I added some beautiful and unique bling from Creative Memories.  I paired it with the various ornament templates for the steps and a candy cane tied with a sheer ribbon.  I topped off my ornaments with a silver textured paper by DCWV to add some detail. You can barely tell because of my bold pieces but the entire Kraft base is covered with Authentique paper as well.

The sentiment is from the Authentique Believe collection die cuts.

Close up of the elements.  I made my bow with my Craft Dee Bowz tool.  That is why it is perfect!!

I punched the star with the Creative Memories smallest star punch.

Ingredients:
Kiwi Lane Holiday 6T, 8T; Traditions 1T, 2T; Christmas 1
Authentique Believe 6x6 and components
Creative Memories bling
Die Cuts with a View silver paper
American Craft sheer ribbon
pop dots
CM star punch
Quick Quotes Bloody Mary & Green Tea
kraft card stock base

My second card today is inspired by a poinsettia.  I made several layers and many leaves for my poinsettia and topped it with Tim Holtz distress glitter in peeled paint and mustard seed.  The rest of the card is full of goodies, too.  Bling, lace, fussy cut Authentique paper, and card stock.  The piece of grey card stock I added in the Kiwi Lane cut Mini Cascade Trails 2B shape.  I love it for cards!!  It is a bit hard to notice the layers of Kiwi Lane scalloped shaped plaid paper, but it is one more detail on this elegant Christmas card.

Close up of my flower.  There are many ways to add dimension to your flowers.  I simply used my finger nail to make a crease in each petal.

Ingredients:
Kiwi Lane Holiday 1T, 7T; Mini Scallop 1A; Mini Cascade Trails 2B
Authentique Believe 6x6 and components
Tim Holtz Distress Glitter Peeled Paint & Mustard Seed
Queen & Co pearls
Recollections bling
Bazzill Black Walnut Two Scoops embossed paper
Quick Quotes Bloody Mary & Green Tea
Pop dots

Finally, a tag.  I just loved this plaid paper by Authentique so much, I wanted to "show" as much as possible.  Again, I paired it with the Kiwi Lane scallop template and added some scalloped lace stickers and lots of little details with buttons, bling and a clothes pin!  I topped it off with the same Recollections stickers that match the scalloped lace.

Ingredients:
Kiwi Lane Tag 2 & Mini Scallop 1A
Authentique Believe 6x6 and components
Recollections mini clothes pin
various bling, pearls and buttons
Recollections stickers
Stampin Up label punch
pop dots

Thanks so much for joining me today. I hope you enjoy my inspiration!

Be sure and stop back for the 12 Days of Christmas Blog Hop where I will have more projects from the 6x6 Authentique Believe paper.

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:
