I love these papers from TCP that I purchased at Tuesday Morning. The velvet is so beautiful embossed. The paper I used for the card is a shimmer paper. Just beautiful cards that I gave in sets for Christmas gifts.
Welcome to my blog! I am currently focusing on paper crafts but I don't limit my blog. You may see cards, scrapbook layouts, jewelry, photography and mixed media projects. I hope you are inspired by what you see here and you are welcome share but please give credit to any ideas you may borrow. Thanks for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your visit.

This gift made the recipient cry! This is mother and daughter. I scanned the old photos then created a digital layout using the Creative Memories Divine Power Palette. I also threw in some pins from the Tim Holtz Distressables Embellishments. I purchased the three disc set at Stamping Buddies on Galbraith Rd for only $30. What a great deal! I wasn't as sold on the Alphabet sets but I am glad I have all three.
Here is a close up of the Prima lace and bling border, that even has little ceramic flowers. I lined up the one flower with the center of the Divine paper flower. I layered two flowers digitally.
Some of the quotes are from Grande Dame digital kit from Scrapgirls. I added some real paper flowers and a bling brad. I added some extra bling and pearls around the pin and centered a real fleur de leis cabachon on top of a digital button.
I added this real metal flower by Pebbles and some more bling and pearls over a cluster of buttons and watches from the Tim Holtz Distressables collection and Divine digital embellishments.
I love this layout and this picture. It reminds me of the best vacation ever! And now I am returning to Sandals Grande Riveria in Ocho Rios Jamaica!!! I did have to pay for this photo. I ended up buying several from this photoshoot. There were some great shots! I used the Enchanted Power Palette including the self adhesive ribbon, sticker letters, paper flowers, printed paper and designer paper. I also used the Creative Memories black shimmer paper and the Enchanted Photo Album accents and Enchanted Epoxy Stickers.
Here is the close up of the heart and you and me border I made with the Border Maker System. I added paper behind the hearts to provide uniformity. I also added the title sticker to the black shimmer paper and added pop dots.
I made this digital layout to frame for one of my grandmothers for a Christmas gift. I started with a Primary Christmas Predesigned Page for four pictures using the orientation I needed. I used the Creative Memories Noel Digital Kit and the Noel Digital Embellishments to replace the primary paper and embellishments. I used a Winter Frost overlay and changed the color and opacity. The quote was a Creative Memories freebie.
In the layout of my neice, I used the Fabulous Power Palette and all the components. I used the Creative Memories Custom Cutting system large wavy square with a red blad on the outside. I accented with Enchanted epoxy stickers in the center of the flowers. White cardstock.
On page 2, I used the border maker system picket fence cartridge and the reverse cut of the first page pink paper.
I was first introduced to the Ella Blue collection in a class. I love it! I ran across a bargain and purchase several sheets of this blue and brown line. The background paper is reverse side of the Raleigh paper. I used the Creative Memories Cutting System to create the piece of paper (Raleigh front side) in the center of the two page spread. Creative Memories title sticker. Lace from Hobby Lobby.
Raleigh paper with cuts from the velvet paper. Polka dot paper is reverse side of Annabelle. The wallpaper looking paper is Frances. Creative Memories Title Sticker. Melody Ross acetate bird. Blue cardstock. Ribbon.
