Creative Memories Noel Layout with Magic Mesh

 I was trying to make fast but cute layouts.  Here I used the tearing tool and ripped the paper and used the reverse pattern to add a little layering.  I chalked the edges.  I added Noel paper tags, epoxy stickers and paper embellishments.  The bird is on pop up dots.  All pieces are chalked.  The gold magic mesh added a little more metallic to dress up the layout.  I cut it in the popular banner shape.

I used some old Mrs. Grossman's gold letters that had a clear backing.  The thinner font added elegance to the layout.

Creative Memories Twinkle Chain Border and Primary Winter

This is a very simple layout using Creative Memories Primary Winter Additions and the Twinkle Border maker cartridge.  It did take a extra few minutes to use the "punchie" resulting from the border.  They are so delicate they require the CM precision glue pen but they just add so much.  I was really trying to finish my last few pages in less than 10 minutes.  This one was successful!  Simple but quick using only white cardstock and the CM addition.

 

This is the opposite page although not a "two page" layout, I used Primary Christmas Addition to compliment the bold bright colors.  A good white pen is really hard to find.  I had to trace over my lines several times and it is still not as sharp as I would like.

I tweaked my original layout by added some Enchanted Power Palette elements that didn't exist when I originally created this layout.  The beauty of digital!

Creative Memories Digital Heritage Layout

I created this layout for my mother.   I have always loved this old picture of her when she was about 6.  I scanned in another old picture from about the same time.  I used the Vintage Romance kit from Creative Memories.  I wanted to create something heritage themed for her since she is always researching on Ancestry.com.   She loved it.  Then she scanned in some old pictures of her surviving brothers and scent them to me to create a page for each of them.  I framed them and gave them to her for her birthday.

 

I tweaked my uncles' versions to be a little less feminine.

Nothing But the Water Grace Potter Layout using stamps

I used to love Grace Potter!  This layout is from Jam Cruise 2008.  I used black ink and embossed the stamped images (piano keys, stars and music notes).  I colored the stars with red glitter ink.  I used a red shimmer cardstock torn in half for the background paper.  I used Creative Memories black letters and scrapbook pages.

I love the colors in the Creative Memories Enchanted Power Palette.  I used the Creative Memories Border Maker System on the embossed cardstock.

Creative Memories Hocus Pocus Halloween Cards

In these cards I combined the Creative Memories Limited Edition Hocus Pocus 6x6 stack and matching embellishments with Tim Holtz diecuts and embossing folders.  His tools and accessories go so well with this set. I also used shimmer paper to give it an extra special feel.  I was pretty pleased with the results.
