Family layout for Bitten by the Bug 2

Welcome to Bitten by the Bug 2's Heritage or Family challenge .  I decided to scrap some photos from my grandmother's 90th birthday a few years ago.  It was a huge family event and a great photo opportunity.  Sadly my grandmother passed that same year.

I used this sketch from Stick It Down.  It was the perfect way to scrap a lot of photos from this event.

I cut the banner and title with my Cricut.

My cluster consist of pieces of K & Co paper and wood embellishments, Petaloo flowers and Recollections bling flourish.

Here is a closer look at the second page.  I have a few relatives that prefer to stay out of social media so I put some stickies over their photos.

Ingredients:
Cricut Access Banner
Cricut Tis the Season Family title
Basic Grey Motifica Stucco Pattern paper and tag
Coredinations The Chocolate Box card stock
DCWV gold card stock
K & Co Life's Journey Stamp Collage embossed paper
Creative Memories brown card stock
Recollections bling and pearl flourish
K & Co wooden embellishments
Petaloo flowers
Quick Quotes Amaretto Powderpuff chalking ink
stickers, twine and sequins

I would like to enter this in the following challenges:

Thank you for stopping by and don't forget to play along with Bitten by the Bug 2's Heritage or Family challenge until 11.22

  16. I am deeply sorry about your grandmother's passing. How wonderful that numerous photos were captured of her last birthday and that it was spent in the company of loved ones.

My own (maternal) grandma turned 91 last month and I am acutely aware that there are only so many more potential birthdays ahead of her (objectively, this is true for all of us, but, naturally, becomes even more true those of more advanced ages). Hopefully we can toast her special day and celebrate her venerable life for at least a few more years.
